Check & Roll Support
Check & Roll is an iPhone and iPad checklist app for RVers, from Long Road Software. It walks you through setup, departure and maintenance in the right order, with no account and no Long Road Software server: your checklists stay on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account.
Get help
Email support@longroadsoftware.com. Tell us:
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Your device and iOS version (Settings › General › About)

Before you write in
A few things to check first, in case they save you a trip to your inbox:
- Make sure your iPhone or iPad is running a current version of iOS.
- If a checklist looks out of date on one device, open Settings in Check & Roll and check whether iCloud sync is turned on for that device.
- If the hands-free walk-through isn't listening, check that Check & Roll has permission for the microphone and Speech Recognition in your device's Settings.
